Product Details
Everything StaySync does, in more detail than the homepage has room for.
Unified calendar
Every property you manage shows up on one calendar, with bookings color-coded by listing so you can tell at a glance which platform a booking came from. Filter down to a single property when you need to focus on it, or view everything at once during a busy week.
Automatic sync, every 15 minutes
Each Channel is one platform's private iCal export URL for one property. A background job pulls every active channel's feed on a schedule, matching bookings by the feed's stable event UID so a re-sync updates existing bookings instead of duplicating them.
When a booking disappears from a feed without a trace, StaySync marks it cancelled rather than deleting it, so your revenue history and reports stay intact.
Conflict detection and email alerts
A conflict is two or more active bookings on the same property with overlapping dates, coming from different channels or including a manual entry. Same-channel duplicates are ignored, since platforms sometimes re-emit their own events.
Conflicts are hard to miss on purpose: a red banner appears sitewide, the calendar bars themselves turn red, the dedicated Conflicts page lists every overlapping pair with exact dates, and StaySync emails your organization's staff the moment a new conflict is detected, so it doesn't sit unnoticed until someone happens to check.
Revenue and expense tracking
Record the payout and currency for each booking, and log running costs (cleaning, maintenance, supplies) per property. Every amount is tracked in the currency it actually settles in: UGX, KES, TZS, USD, EUR, or GBP.
Turnover tasks
A cleaning and turnover task generates automatically for every checkout. Same-day turnovers, where a checkout and the next check-in land on the same date, are flagged as high priority so they don't get missed on a busy schedule.
Team access, scoped to your organization
Every property, booking, and expense stays inside your organization only. Invite teammates as Admin (full access), Manager (day-to-day operations), or Viewer (read-only), using a single-use invite code rather than open self-serve signup.
See it running on your own properties.
